HOW TO PURCHASE?
如何網上購物？
You can select the product on the website and add it to the shopping cart. By clicking the shopping cart icon, you will be directed to the payment page for check out. Shipping and contact details will be required at check out.
請在網站選購好貨品，然後加入購物車，再按右上購物車圖示即可結帳付款。送貨資料及聯絡方法將於結賬時填寫。
The prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollar and we do not accept any other currencies. We only accept online credit card payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express from customers worldwide, and international transaction fees may apply to some individual cards for overseas transactions. For further details please contact your card issuer.
我們的標價以港幣為單位，並不接受其他國家或地區之貨幣付款。我們只接受Visa、Mastercard、American Express信用咭網上付款。部份信用咭可能就海外簽賬收取額外手續費，詳情請向發咭銀行查詢。

Your order will be shipped by local delivery. GHSPSA operates on a voluntary basis so apologies that we are unable to offer self pick-up due to limitation in resources.
訂單會透過本地快遞送出。由於本會以義務性質運作，我們未能安排資源提供貨物自取服務，請見諒。

All of our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND TIME?
運輸時間及收費如何計算？
Any necessary shipping fees (if apply) will be automatically added to your order and charged at check out. The minimum shipping fees are HK$40. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We follow a pre-order model, please refer to the product page for the estimated delivery time. You will receive an email with a delivery tracking number when the order is dispatched.
所有運費（如適用）會自動付加到訂單上，並於結帳時一併收取。每張訂單最低運費為港幣$40。運費不設退款。由於貨品只供訂購，請參考商品內容列明之發貨時間。我們會在發貨後，連同送貨編號通知客人。
HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDERS?
如何更改或取消訂單？
To edit or cancel your order after payment, please email info.ghspsa@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
付款後如需更改或取消訂單，煩請盡快與我們聯繫，連同訂單編號電郵至 info.ghspsa@gmail.com。若訂單已經發貨，我們將無法進行任何更改。
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
如何辦理退款及退貨手續？
Refunds can only be arranged at the discretion of GHSPSA within 24 hours of the transaction, if orders are not yet dispatched, and administrative fees will apply. Please email us at: info.ghspsa@gmail.com to apply for a refund.
客人如需取消訂單及退款，必須於結帳後24小時內電郵至info.ghspsa@gmail.com通知本會。如果尚未發貨，本會保留權利酌情安排退款與否，我們亦會酌量收取行政費用。
All products are non-returnable and return for refund is not accepted. Please examine the products immediately for any damages and whether the contents match what you ordered. In any case, notification of any irregularities to us must be made on the same day of receipt of the merchandise.
貨物出門，恕不退換及退款。客人請於收取貨品時立即檢查所訂購之貨品有否損毁及是否齊全。如有上述情況，客人務必於收取貨品當天通知我們。
