NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Good Hope School Past Students Association (“GHSPSA Ltd.”) will be held at the Gold Champion Chinese Restaurant, Shop no. 301, Man Yee Arcade, 68 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong

on Saturday, 17 January 2026 at 12:30pm, for the following purposes:

Proposed Resolutions

1.      To receive and approve the Minutes of the 2024 GHSPSA Ltd. Annual General Meeting (Attachment 2)

2.      To receive and approve the Annual Report of 2024-2025 of the Executive Committee (Attachment 3)

3.      To receive and approve the Treasurer’s Report of 2024-2025 (Attachment 4)

4.      To receive the Annual Report of the Foundation of 2024-2025 (Attachment 5)

5.      To receive the Treasurer’s Report of the Foundation of 2024-2025 (Attachment 6)

6.  Any other business. To discuss any other business proposed by at least ten Life Members and a ten days’ notice has been given.

Attending In-person

Lunch will be provided after the AGM. For those life members who attend in person and

wish to stay for lunch, please complete the following Lunch Attendance Form and

email to: info.ghspsa@gmail.com by Saturday, 10 January 2026. Participants will

pay $300 per person in cash on the day of the event. Reservation for lunch will be

subject to reconfirmation by GHSPSA Ltd. on first come, first served basis.

In addition to the votes during the meeting, votes by proxies are most welcome. Please

email your completed and signed proxy form to: info.ghspsa@gmail.com. Additionally,

your proxy representative should bring the original proxy form to the AGM for your vote to

be counted.
