GHSPSA Mentoring Programme

What is the programme about?

GHSPSA Mentoring Programme is a year-long programme that supports fellow Hopers to maximise their potential and achieve their professional and personal goals. GHSPSA pairs our young alumnae with senior alumnae from different sectors and vocations, connecting experiences and knowledge for the benefit of the GHS family.

Participants will benefit from:

  • (For mentors) A half-day mentorship training delivered by professional facilitators to equip you with skills, relevant expectations, and the right mindset

  • Year-long one-to-one mentoring

  • A series of career sessions delivered by HR professional and career advisor

  • Industry talk and networking opportunity
