| (a) |
The mission of the Association is to form and maintain a bond between all past
students of the primary and secondary sections of Good Hope School
("School") and to maintain a link with the School.

| (b) |
The objectives of the Association are:
|
| (i) |
to cultivate and promote friendship among the past students of the
School (“Past Students”);
|
| (ii) |
to foster and promote close relationship and better understanding
between past and current students of the School;
|
| (iii) |
to foster activities of a social, cultural, educational, or recreational
nature in the interests of the members of the Association or of the
community at large;
|
| (iv) |
to offer help to the School and to support current students in their
personal and career development; and
|
| (v) |
to carry out all such other activities, including but not limited to raising
funds and accepting gifts and donations for the benefit of the School,
or any other cause considered worthy by the Association. |
